Much to the disdain of my high school art teacher I used to only want to work in pen and ink. I guess she was trying to help me be well rounded and discover other media, but I really wanted to master one thing before I moved onto something else. These days I’m the opposite; I guess you could call me a medium slut. Still, I know where my first love is should I need some comfort…

my teacher was the same, always trying to convince me to use colour. funnily when I did use colour she always said she preferred the black & white.
